This project involved the construction of a new development comprising six units spread across three floors, including a duplex layout for the top floor units. Situated in the picturesque Kennington area of London, known for its rich historical architecture, the development was designed with utmost sensitivity to the local surroundings. The Dutchy Of Cornwall, responsible for managing the site, actively participated throughout the construction phase. Regular design meetings were held to ensure the project's architecture met the high standards set by both the Dutchy Of Cornwall and the client, resulting in a harmonious blend of modernity and historical preservation.
